Ana Paez

I currently teach Math at Somerset Academy Dade in Miami Florida, a school where I have been working for eight years.  Before, I taught Chemistry and Math at Miami Dade County Public Schools for nine years.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Havana, Cuba and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction concentration in Math Education from Florida International University. This is my first semester at the EdD program in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. My goal is to become more knowledgeable in technology and distance education to not only improve my own abilities as an educator but more importantly to share this knowledge with future educators.
